We are actively recruiting for a Product Development Engineer who has the technical expertise to support the development of new specialty paper products and improve the existing products.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team and get a chance to work with talented product developers, sales, production operations, and interface with clients – sometimes on-site!
As the Product Development Engineer, your main focus will be to develop marketable new products by preparing prototypes, defining costs, product specifications, and coordinating manufacturing trials. You’ll also look at our existing products and provide technical expertise to troubleshoot issues with the product and its manufacturing process with an eye on cost reduction and quality improvement. You’ll identify opportunities by studying current trends, discoveries, and new technologies that could apply to our processes & products.
