Austin Bridge & Road has an outstanding opportunity for a Carpenter Foreman at our large heavy civil project in San Antonio, Texas. The Carpenter Foreman supervises and coordinates skilled and unskilled workers on carpentry-related tasks, such as building forms for concrete, framing, and structural woodwork for construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within specifications and costs, while maintaining effective communication with inspectors, developers, vendors, and subcontractors

• y.Supervise and coordinate tasks such as building and assembling concrete forms, framing, and structural woodwor
• k.Manage equipment, tools, materials, and work crews to meet productivity, cost, and quality objective
• s.Plan and execute "Look Ahead" schedules, Work Plans, and logistics related to carpentry task
• s.Ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality carpentry work environmen
• t.Inspect carpentry work for adherence to standards and tolerances, addressing issues promptl
• y.Coordinate QA/QC inspections for carpentry-related tasks to ensure project acceptanc
• e.Maintain accurate daily reports and records for carpentry activities to ensure project succes
