Austin Career Institute is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Student Coordinator. As a Student Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding, encouraging, and movtivating students, facilitating their academic journey, and ensuring their success.
*Job Description*
- Track and analyze student attendance, meet with students about poor attendance, create action plans and/or Leave of Absence (LOA) plans, and provide connections to community resources to increase student outcomes and provide connection to resources.
- Part of a team that is responsible for student and school data related to the Accreditation Agency (COE), Department of Education (DOE), Department of Labor (DOL), US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and prepares files and related materials for performance reporting and monitoring visits.
- Responsible for reporting student outcomes including attendance rates, graduation rates, employment rates and licensure rates
- Coordinate all New Student Orientations, Student Events and Graduations.
- Assist students with assortment of wrap-around services, barrier removal services and connect them to partner organizations or community resources
- Review and analyze operations and processes to identify areas of improvement, then develop process to impact student and staff performance
- Review, analyze and report out the results of Quarterly Student Surveys
- Responsible for reporting weekly/monthly attendance to funders that includes outcomes (credentials and employment), stipend sheets and identifying and assisting students that need support services,
- Works with employers to identify openings and connect graduates to meet the skill sets and needs of employers
- Monitor and audit student files to ensure compliance with policy, professional ethical standards, and state regulations
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent assessment, case management, crisis intervention, interpersonal and conflict mediation
- Attention to detail, writing and editing skills
- Business development skills a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
