MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Every day, you skillfully lead your maintenance team in completing quality work around the country club. You greatly contribute to our members' satisfaction, and you promptly respond to calls for service requests or emergencies. By managing staff schedules, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring quality control, you keep our maintenance operations efficient and timely. You conduct performance reviews, train staff members, and cultivate a positive, safety-focused culture, providing an uplifting environment for your team to advance their potential.
You're not just a leader - you also get in the field to inspect, maintain, and repair issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems. Thinking proactively, you develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs to help avoid problems. You maintain an organized inventory, order supplies as needed, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for special projects. As you complete incredible trade work and thoroughly document your repairs and inspections, you take pride in maintaining our fine country club!
