Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer concerns quickly, efficiently, and with a smile—even through the screen
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, policies, and capabilities
- Offering quotations for both standard and nonstandard products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Go the extra mile—not because it’s required, but because it’s who you are

- A natural communicator with strong verbal and written skills
