Under the supervision of the Contract Administrator, assists with the preparation of bids and contacts upon award.
Job Requirements:
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and knowledge of spreadsheets applications.
Ø Ability to accurately enter data and perform mathematical calculations.
Ø Able to adjust priorities on short notice, manage interruptions and work well under pressure.
Ø Ability to timely meet deadlines and coordinate workloads with Supervisor.
Ø Effective communication, grammar, letter writing, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ø Prefer Construction industry experience including IDOT and government contract bidding.
Ø Interacts professionally with all company employees and outside persons, such as customers, vendors, and professional service providers.
Ø Ability to stay focused and work without close supervision.
Ø Works well in a Fast-Paced team environment as well as independently.
Ø Highly organized and detail oriented.
