Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for aesthetics, social media, and branding? Our high-end plastic surgery practice seeks a Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence, foster audience connection, and execute innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation & Strategy

• Create 7 trending posts per week across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories, maintaining alignment with the brand’s luxurious and high-end aesthetic.
• Foster and engage an active online community across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Actively participate in discussions, respond to comments, and create opportunities for meaningful interaction.
• Organize and host live Q&A events to answer community questions, share insights, and strengthen brand loyalty through direct engagement.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator to ensure marketing continuity and enhance the brand’s luxury presence.
• Analyze content performance, adjust strategies based on analytics, and leverage trending topics to boost engagement and follower growth.

Public Relations & Outreach

• Build upon existing outreach efforts while proactively seeking new media opportunities, developing relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinating press features and interviews.
• Pitch compelling story ideas to local and national media, showcasing the brand’s luxury positioning, success stories, and high-end services.

Special Marketing Projects

• Assist the doctor with special projects, including event support, campaign launches, and promotions for new services.
• Develop marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s evolving vision, ensuring all communications reflect luxury, professionalism, and innovation.

Patient Nurture Strategy & Sales (in collaboration with Marketing Coordinator)

• Design and implement a comprehensive patient nurture sequence in the CRM for leads who have received quotes or created profiles but haven’t yet booked services.
• Conduct sales calls to potential clients, answer inquiries, assess financial readiness, and work to improve the booking rate through direct outreach and email follow-ups.
• Monitor CRM activity to track patient interactions and optimize the nurture sequence based on results.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of social media management experience (aesthetics, luxury, or healthcare industries is a plus).
• Expertise in social platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to engage online communities and foster meaningful interactions.
• Experience with influencer collaboration, PR outreach, and media relations.
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales strategies is a bonus.
