Location: Minnesota
Position: Locum Tenens – Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team. This physician will provide comprehensive cross-coverage admissions to all patients referred to the service.
Assignment Details:
- Coverage Reason: Open provider slots
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 1-year assignment
- Shift Information: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, night shifts.
- Patient Load: 126 adult acute beds, staffed by 2 Physicians and 2 APPs.
- EMR System: EPIC
- Support Staff: Respiratory Therapists, on-site Intensivists, and 24-hour on-call consultants
Requirements:
- Board Certification Required: Yes (Internal Medicine)
- Life Safety Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
- Procedures Required: None
- Experience Level: 1-3 years or more preferred

- Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically EPIC.
