Coverage Details:
- Duration: Must be available for a minimum of 6 weeks at a time
- Shifts: Approximately 20 shifts per month
- Call Schedule: 1:4 weekends and one weekday
- Call Hours: 5 PM - 8 AM (1-2 evenings per week)
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Must hold an active Illinois medical license
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- DEA and CSR licenses required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
