What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Hospitalist Opportunity in Arizona position at Austin Major Group?
Job Details:
- 7 on/off schedule days or nights available – block scheduling for improved quality of life
- 3–6-month 1099 locum contract
- Average patient census 18 with 1-2 admissions per shift
- Support staff – 1 swing shift provider, 1 nocturnist along with 2 APP during day and 1 at night
- 486 bed level 1 trauma center
- Travel, lodging, medical malpractice is provided in addition to a great hourly rate
- Must have an active AZ license, DEA, and Board-Certified Internal Medicine
