What you will do:
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans based on the curriculum sequence
- Prepare and maintain the learning environment
- Implement classroom systems to foster independence and the development of executive functioning skills
- Facilitate student inquiry by guiding students in identifying and developing research questions
- Design and implement projects that bring lessons to life
- Connect learning to real-world issues and challenges
- Foster a classroom culture that values creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Encourage student voice and choice in the learning process
- Foster social interaction and collaboration among students
- Encourage respectful communication and conflict resolution

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degrees
- Experience as lead teacher a PLUS
