We are an industry-leading Architectural Millwork Company specializing in creating custom, high-end millwork for resort casinos and other commercial establishments. We are currently seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
As an AutoCAD Drafter, you’ll create detailed technical drawings for custom millwork projects. Working closely with our design and production teams, you’ll ensure all designs are accurately translated into precise plans for fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine detailed AutoCAD drawings based on architectural plans and client specifications. These drawings will include floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed millwork components.
- Work closely with the design team to specify materials, finishes, and construction methods that meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and production staff to ensure that all drawings align with project goals and timelines.
- Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CAD Drafter, preferably in the millwork or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, and millwork terminology and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to produce highly detailed and accurate technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them.
- Ability to work in a high paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Schedule:
- Full-time hourly position with potential for overtime
- Work hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (Flexible)
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on project deadlines
