WORKDAY - TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for proactively sourcing candidates and developing a positive candidate experience from the initial application to hire. This position will identify social networks, industry events, online forums, and communities to make talent needs widely known.
The specialist will collaborate internally with marketing, management and IT to develop a web presence, social media presence and the use of technologies to effectively attract strong candidates.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a strong understanding of the industry, company, and job opportunities to develop recruiting strategy.
- Utilize brand, company culture and benefit packages to promote interest in job offerings and career opportunities.
- In conjunction with Marketing, build social media presence and content to target candidates based on job function, region, skills and other criteria.
- Consistent outreach to potential candidates, focus groups, talent pools and niche social media communities building relationships.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partner and hiring managers to understand current talent needs and anticipate future needs.
- Track and analyze metrics of recruiting initiatives to improve and measure effectiveness.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial screening through offer acceptance via Workday.
- Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and all field and corporate hiring authorities.
- Maintain professional conduct and integrity throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards.
