Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong photo and video editing capabilities to join our creative team. In this hybrid role, you will work on-site at our Cedar Park office, collaborating with clients and team members to create compelling visual content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and effective visual designs for print and digital media
- Edit and enhance photographs for use in marketing materials, advertisements, and client projects
- Produce, edit, and finalize video content for social media, website, and client deliverables
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all design projects
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility for print projects
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements and present concepts
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across various media
- Experience with print production and file preparation for commercial printing
- Excellent visual composition and color theory understanding
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in the print industry
- Photography / Video skills
- UI/UX design experience
- Social media content creation expertise
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility required for urgent projects
