Schedule: M-F; 8:30am to 5:30pm
Summary: Under the direction of Pre-Imaging Services Management serves as a lead employee in one or more Pre-Imaging Services functions including Scheduling, Medical Records, Courier Services, or Authorizations/Eligibility services. to ensure every patient’s journey begins with a meticulously prepared appointment, culminating in exceptional care and prompt imaging results for referring physicians. Communicates directly with customers to resolve needs and attend to complex issues in any of the Pre-Imaging Services functions. Assists with day-to-day activities and provides training, coaching, assistance or direction for Pre-Imaging Services Representatives. Monitors Pre-Imaging Services performance and assists with inbound telephone calls and other tasks as needed to ensure an optimal customer experience.
In order to qualify to work from home (remotely) you must be able to work independently and have high speed cable internet service (50 mbps download and 5 mbps upload) from a reliable cable provider (Satellite internet and mobile hotspots not accepted). Equipment will be provided to you. The VPN device that is provided will need to be connected to an available port on the modem or wireless router.
Desired Professional Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
One to three years of experience in a healthcare, clerical or call center environment.
Minimum of one year as a Senior Pre-Imaging Services Representative at ARA with an acceptable performance evaluation and no disciplinary actions on file.
