We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Work schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8:30-5:00. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Gmail and Canva, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining office organization and enhancing productivity.
Responsibilities
- Check emails daily.
- Send out weekly emails with performance data.
- Attend weekly meetings for note taking.
Skills
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a focus on organization and time management.
- Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Email and Canva.
- Competence in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in Residential Real Estate and/or Zillow preferred.
