Position Summary :
As a Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of the team at Austin Ridge Bible Church, a growing, healthy, multi-site church of 2,200 located in Austin, Texas. This role is for a creative individual who takes pride in delivering work that exceeds expectations and wants to use your artistic talents to build Kingdom. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for collaborating with the communications team on creative projects across all of our campuses, supporting ministries, events, sermon series and environments to maintain Austin Ridge brand standards and grow our impact in the community.
Position Requirements
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Communications Director and creative team to bring new ideas and develop visual solutions that support ministry goals while accounting for all aspects of the user experience
- Create visual assets and support the design and development of digital and print collateral for all Austin Ridge channels (campuses, website, email, social media, printed materials, etc.)
- Maintain the brand identity and integrity of Austin Ridge Bible Church, supporting the development of new brand standards as our ministries and geographic reach grow.
- Work with ministry teams directly on all visual design projects from start to finish, from brainstorm meetings, to feedback on multiple drafts, to final product delivery, while maintaining a set project schedule.
- Create clean formatted design files that can be shared seamlessly by the entire team.
- Act as point of contact with all print vendors, establishing a level of quality control, maintaining positive relationships, and packaging files according to the needs of the vendors.
- Work alongside video and production team to maintain cohesion between Austin Ridge Sunday Services, videos and graphic design.
- Other ministry duties as determined by the Communications Director.?
