Automotive Collision Repair Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Collision Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive systems and be proficient in various repair and maintenance tasks. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with estimators regarding repairs and parts needed to complete repairs
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Assemble and fabricate components as needed for vehicle repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to shop protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools and welding equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of auto glass installation techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive detailing processes is advantageous.
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams for vehicle systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are beneficial.
