Job Description
The Austin Sizemore Team is looking for a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and a winning attitude. An agent on our team is someone who draws energy from working with people and in a group environment, is optimistic, and has a positive attitude. In addition, he/she must demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving person who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The agent will prospect for leads daily, close those leads to appointments, close appointments to agreements, and then provide high-level fiduciary advice to effectively guide clients to closing.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for buyer/seller leads, convert to appointments, close to agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary/needs analyses
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary services of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
- Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all active clients
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues.
- Oversee all aspects of transactions from initial contract to contract to close
- Assist in training and consulting all new agents
