Responsibilities
- Work inbound buyer and seller leads from our team’s marketing channels and database
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and CRM tasks with urgency and consistency
- Show homes, attend listing appointments, and negotiate offers
- Use our systems (Brivity, Dotloop, etc.) to manage your pipeline and track performance
- Participate in weekly coaching, team meetings, and skill-building sessions
- Collaborate with other team agents to share strategies, wins, and ideas
- Deliver a high-quality, client-first experience from first contact to closing
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee or Georgia (or actively working toward it)
- 1 completed transactions preferred (or serious pipeline progress)
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and accountability
- Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
- Willingness to prospect daily and commit to follow-up systems
- Coachable, open-minded, and growth-oriented
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate a CRM and modern tools (Brivity, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
- Emotionally intelligent and solutions-focused—no ego, no excuses
