Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Tire services -- Rotate, replace, mount and balance

Preventative maintenance -- Lube, oil change, filter services

Basic services
Qualifications:
-
Previous automotive service experience preferred (but we provide all tools and training to perform the job)

Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
-
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
-
Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
-
Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
-
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and provide a good 3 year driving record
-
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Compensation:

$22.50 per flag hour with potential for bonuses
-
Training pay: $20 per clock hour training pay for the first 2 pay periods, up to the first 30 days.
This training period is to ensure every new team member is trained up to be successful by learning Austin Subaru's overall standards and guidelines, SubaruNet training, CDK training, etc.
