Position Overview
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
Location: Austin, Texas

The Patron Services & Ticketing Manager ensures optimal revenue through efficient box office operations, exceptional customer service, and strategic sales initiatives.
