We are looking for a dedicated specialist with a member-focus on service excellence and community engagement. A team member driven to assist members and the organization by developing beneficial relationships to maximize member benefits. Compensation :
The range is $43,000 - $55,000, commensurate with experience.

Schedule :
Applicants for this position must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 45 p.m. and as scheduled on Saturdays from 8 : 45 a.m. to 12 : 15 p.m.
Responsibilities :

Branch Operations Expectations :
- Be knowledgeable in all products and services offered by the credit union.
- Facilitate account origination and product / service adoption.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation and process conclusion.
- Identify opportunities to expand membership and portfolio growth.
- Deploy solutions in resolving dynamic member needs.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Assist branch leadership in operational needs relating to vault and transactional management.
- Protect our members and the Credit Union in coordination with management from fraud, scams, and unlawful activity.
