Compensation
Starts at $41,000 per year.

Location: 11149 Research Blvd, Ste 300, Austin, TX 78759.
Schedule: Regular full time hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Summary: Provides excellent member service by performing financial transactions, opening accounts, promoting products and services and all other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide accurate, courteous, and prompt service to members in person, by electronic communication and by phone.
- Provide members with account balances, services available, and general information.
- Open and update accounts for members ensuring all products, services, and associated fees are discussed and disclosed to the member. These include but are not limited to personal, business, IRA, Trust and Estate accounts.
- Display a full understanding of CIP policy and applies this to all accounts.
- Close accounts ensuring there are no loan balances, outstanding transactions, or open safe deposit boxes.
- Open online accounts.
- Assist as needed with processing IRA audits and incoming and outgoing IRA transfer requests.
- Reviews daily reports to include certificate FM report, certificate renewal report, and new online shares report.
- Train other employees as needed.
- Assists members in the process of closing a loan as needed.
- Ensure own account documents processed are audited and scanned/turned in for scanning in a timely manner.
- Ensure all account documents are prepared with accuracy.
- Attend all training sessions as assigned.

Education And/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 6 months related experience and/or training, preferable in a credit union in a similar role.
