Description
We are looking for a production supervisor to ensure the operational up-time and efficiency of three high-speed automated bagging lines in South Austin, Texas. The role will also likely include the oversight of bag watchers, line operators and line leads assigned to operate these automated lines.
This machinery is capable of producing up to 26 bags per minute, per bagging line and requires supervision to ensure these production rates can be achieved consistently.
We are seek responsible, competitive, safe, and work mechanically inclined and motivated to join our growing workforce with locations in Austin and Hutto, Texas.
This position is required to follow production work schedule as assigned. Slow Season (June-Sept): 6am to 4:30pm M-F and occasional Sat.; Busy Season (Oct-May) 6am to 6:30pm Mon-Sat). We expect Autoline Supervisors to perform tasks in a safe and professional manner and to maintain a professional demeaner when engaging with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications
- Bilingual ability is a huge plus
- Strong mechanical acumen
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes preferred.
- IT skills
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adhere to production processes.
- Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays with overtime (hours not guaranteed)
- Forklift/Spyder experience is preferred.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk for short periods.
- Must be able to bend and stoop throughout the workday
- Must be able to climb and descend stairs and ladders.
- Must be able to work outside for periods of time in all weather.
- Must be able to work in a dusty environment and tolerate various types of work dust with PPE.
