Description
The Territory Representative is a commission-eligible position responsible for new account selling and territory representation of Austin Wood Recycling’s well-known lines of bagged and bulk soils and mulches.
There are three primary Outcomes by which the representative will be measured: 1) Achieving Sales Targets: consistently meeting or surpassing assigned sales quotas and contributing significantly to the company's revenue; 2) Market Penetration: successfully introducing new products and gaining a substantial market share; 3) Professional Development: continuously improving one's sales ability, market and product knowledge.
Thelin Recycling Inc. is the North Texas affiliate of Austin Wood Recycling privately held and headquartered Hutto, Texas.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proven performer with relationships and results across one or more of the following buyer groups: large commercial landscapers, landscape architects and designers, nursery and garden centers, home owner associations (HOAs) and other large-scale buyers of landscape material including: colleges and universities, property management companies, commercial building owners, civil construction firms, municipal parks and recreation departments, TXDOT, as well as golf courses and country clubs.
This is not an entry-level sales position, but results matter more than years. This is New Market and Conversion Selling role. It is not Fulfillment Selling or Penetration Selling of new/different products to existing customers.
