We are ideally looking for bilingual heavy equipment operators with significant experience safely and efficiently operating and maintaining wheel loaders, track loaders, excavator and large-scale commercial grinders. Some off-site project-based land clearing work may be required but our normal base of operations for this position is 5225 Thelin Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76115.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work /- 60 hours per week to include Saturdays with overtime (hours not guaranteed)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, if applicable.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and kneel for long periods of time and walk for short periods.
- Must be able to climb into and out of equipment several times per day using 3 points of contact.
- Must be able to use hand and arms to steer and to operate finger controls and adjust controls as needed inside and outside of equipment.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and crawl to perform full inspection of the equipment and clean equipment.
- Must be able to work outside for periods of time in all weather.
- Must be able to see and hear proficiently to operate a motor vehicle and equipment in a safe manner.
- Must be able to frequently use arms overhead for multiple job functions to include cleaning equipment and tossing ropes or tie down straps using an overhead motion.
- Must be able to pull a rope with up to 40lbs of resistance using arms only.
- Must be able to work in a dusty environment (tolerate various types of work dust).
- Must perform “look around” and be able to twist the upper body to look far right/left and behind when moving equipment (check for blind spots)
