Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position include overall
management of the day-to-day operations of our assisted living operation,
maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and management
of cost within a census based operating budget.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must be an LPN or
RN licensed in Ohio, 2-3 years of experience in long term care and/or assisted
living operations, knowledge of state regulations, ODH Survey experience, and
strong leadership skills. Managerial experience is preferred.
