Now, they’re looking for a Client Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring an unparalleled client experience at every stage.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the Client Experience – Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Lead Client Onboarding – Guide new clients through the setup process, facilitate onboarding calls, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships – Proactively conduct regular check-ins, resolve concerns, and maintain clear communication to enhance service and retention.
  • Drive Strategic Growth – Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for expansion, ensure clients are maximizing their engagement, and support business development efforts.
  • Oversee Client Communications – Manage distribution of client memos, industry updates, and firm-led podcasts, ensuring clients stay informed and engaged.
  • Represent the Brand – Oversee industry sponsorships, memberships, and event participation, ensuring a strong presence in the mortgage and banking community.
  • Enhance Firm Visibility – Coordinate event materials, sponsorships, and trade show logistics to maintain a professional and impactful company presence.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2 years of experience in client success, business development, account management, or relationship management within mortgage, banking, or financial services industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills – You know how to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and provide high-touch service to clients.
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented – You can juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy – Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, manage client data, and create reporting insights.
  • Proactive problem solver – You anticipate client needs and offer solutions before issues arise.
  • Industry knowledge – Understanding of industry associations, sponsorships, and events to help maintain strong client engagement.
