Position Summary:
As an HR Generalist, you’ll have your hands in just about everything—from onboarding and training to benefits, employee relations, and HR systems. You’ll be an integral part of a small-but-mighty HR team, helping shape an inclusive and high-performing workplace that supports innovation and collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that sets the tone for employee success
- Coordinate training & professional development that keeps teams growing
- Lead the administration and optimization of the HRIS (bonus if you know Deltek Talent!)
- Support recruitment efforts for both full-time hires and interns
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, tracking leave, processing employment changes, and ensuring compliance with policies
- Be a go-to partner for employee questions, concerns, and engagement efforts
- Collaborate on meaningful HR projects, from policy rollouts to process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
- A self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and loves building better systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy, with an ability to learn tools quickly (Deltek Talent Management experience = major plus)
- Someone who knows how to bring calm to chaos—and humor to the everyday
- A passion for people, equity, and workplace culture
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Experience supporting creative or professional services teams a plus
- A love for detail and a knack for project follow-through
