What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Invention Coach Positions -Grades K-5 position at Austintown Local Schools?
Non-bargaining positions funded by the National Inventors Hall of Fame, NIHF
The number of positions available will be determined by student participants and student to teacher ratios mandated by the grant. Previous program coaches will be given first consideration.
Camp Dates: June 23 to June 27
Training: On-site training prior to program start; date TBD
Compensation: Per NIHF grant stipend scale based on experience and enrollment.
Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements: The following are required prior to starting assignment
- Valid appropriate Ohio Teaching License preferred
- Official sealed transcripts
- Favorable State and Federal background checks
- Negative drug screen result
