We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This full-time, permanent position focuses on all aspects of Family Law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, and mediation. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for clients, possessing a deep understanding of family law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal service.
Responsibilities :
Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, visitation rights, marital property division and other related issues.Conduct client interviews to understand and assess their legal needs and provide expert legal advice.Prepare and draft legal documents such as petitions, pleadings, motions, and agreements.Conduct and manage negotiations, mediations, and trials as necessary.Develop case strategies based on the client‘s goals and the potential outcomes of the case.Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive family matters.Keep abreast of legislative changes, case law, and legal trends in family law to provide the most effective advice and representation to clients.Collaborate with a team of legal professionals and contribute to the development of the firm‘s family law practice.Qualifications :
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice, with a focus on divorce law and mediation.Must be licensed to practice law in the state.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients facing emotional or stressful situations.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex legal issues.Proficient in legal research and writing.Ability to manage a high caseload while providing exceptional client service.Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.Proficient in using legal software and technology for case management and research.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.
