Salary : $85,000 - $135,000

Location : Remote

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement data architecture and strategy, data governance, data management, data privacy, and data security procedures that meet the company's performance and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other team members to identify opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data.
• Design and implement complex database models and standards, and be responsible for the development of mapping specifications for structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure that the data strategy and architecture support the business goals and objectives.
• Work closely with IT teams and data scientists to improve data productivity and business processes.
• Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Identify the causes of poor data quality, implement solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
