SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives on both Australian Gold and New Sunshine brands with day-to-day activities and project management to ensure that projects are complete efficiently and effectively. Daily activities include website management and promotional execution for both website and social media properties, assisting in brand marketing materials and strategy support as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· Manages multiple projects concurrently and assures on time completion, with assistance from Management when needed.
· Responsible for maintaining the ecommerce and brand ecommerce website, ensuring product information and content is up to date.
· Help execute monthly promotions to drive activity to the brand ecommerce website and report out to management on the performance of each promotion.
· Help to curate and schedule content for websites and social media platforms. Must be comfortable taking some product photography (lifestyle, flat lays), editing video, using Canva and Hootsuite, and working with creative team for advanced design work.
· Support the development of marketing and point-of-sale materials such as in-store signage, sell sheets, coupon materials, marketing cards for new or current items.
· Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage and execute internal projects as assigned.
· Compiles and produces sales and marketing collateral and presentations, with the assistance of management when needed.
· Assists in managing weekly follow ups from team meetings and follow ups for special projects.
· Assists in coordinating marketing/branding functions such as trips, trade shows, council meetings, etc. Works on site for events as needed.
· Works with confidential material and is required to always maintain confidentiality.
· Assists with additional projects as assigned by manager.
· Other duties as assigned.
· This position is responsible for following all documented cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and Policies designed to support the development, implementation, and control of the ISO 22716:2007 standard.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Canva or similar experience a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety
