Marketing Specialist, Ramsay Health Care
Full-time Position based in Perth, WA
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our National Marketing & Communications Team to deliver marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. There will be a specific focus on delivering activity-based growth across Ramsay Health Care and its range of services with priority on national and localised campaigns for key service lines.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Work collaboratively with the National Marketing and Communications Team and Ramsay hospital and health services leaders and experts to develop national and localised marketing content and campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to drive marketing initiatives, including targeted paid campaigns and content development for digital channels.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform future strategy and grow our market share.
- Collaborate with team members from the marketing, brand, communications, and doctor engagement functions to leverage their skillsets as required and ensure strategic alignment.
- Support the organisation to build a highly integrated healthcare system that benefits patients and drives loyalty to the brand.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
