Recruiter – Commission-Based Opportunity

Employment Type: 1099, Contract

Join OYESPA as a Recruiter in the area of Health, Beauty and Wellness focused to recruit Cosmetologists, Advanced Practice Estheticians, Massage Therapists, Aesthetics Nurse Injectors, or Chiropractors, where you will play a critical role in building a high-performing team of salon professionals while earning a lucrative long-term commission based on the revenue of those you hire.
Compensation Structure:
Your earnings will be directly tied to the success of the professionals you recruit. You will receive:
- 4% commission on the revenue generated by each hired service provider for their first 12 months
- 3% commission on revenue from months 13-24
- 2% commission on revenue from months 25-36
- 1% commission on revenue from months 37-48
- 0% commission after 48 months

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Identify, engage, and recruit talented cosmetologists, hairstylists, estheticians, and wellness professionals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job postings, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews to assess technical expertise, client service skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with salon leadership to align hiring needs with business growth.
- Industry Networking & Engagement
- Develop relationships with beauty schools, professional organizations, and industry leaders.
- Utilize social media and recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry expos to source potential candidates.
- Onboarding & Retention Support
- Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide insights on career development opportunities and OYESPA’s service philosophy.
- Track performance and retention metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Strategic Hiring & Business Growth
- Align recruitment efforts with revenue and business objectives.
- Continuously refine hiring strategies based on industry trends and market demands.
- Work closely with management to enhance the overall employee experience and retention rates.
