Team Lead Basic Job Functions
Responsible for the safe and successful operation of assigned department in compliance with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, company policy while maintaining established production quotas.
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Report to work at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled shift.
• Verify that the correct work orders for the day of production.
• Verify that the carts of meat are in correct ovens being cook is accurate according to specifications.
• Ensure that all assigned workers are working efficiently and safely.
• Ensure that materials are being handled in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, SOP’s and current
company policies.
• Adjust machinery as necessary within parameters of training/ability.
• Complete and submit all required production documentation in compliance with cGMP and verify accuracy of all
information. Work Order form, CCP 1 Cooking Report Buona, Sanitation Work order, Batch Ticket Form, CCP1
Cooking Report Flats. (15 min before shift end all forms need to be returned to Manager)

Pay rate: $13.00 up base on experience.
