What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter/Laborer position at Authentic Construction LLC?

We are seeking a Construction Apprentice and / or Journeyman to join our team!

Responsibilities for Journeyman :

Oversee all aspects of construction
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
Ability to read plans and specifications
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications for Journeyman :

Experienced journeyman desired (minimum 4 years in construction)

Familiar with all aspects of construction

Strong leadership qualities

Deadline and detail-oriented

Responsibilities for Apprentice :

Assisting with construction

Follow safety protocols

Perform basic construction tasks under supervision

Handle construction tools and equipment

Qualifications for Apprentice :

Experienced apprentice desired (minimum 2 years in construction)

Have basic carpentry techniques (i.e. measuring, cutting, using various power tools)

Be able to work with a team environment
