Duties

- Assist in the preparation of treatment plans and ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively to patients.
- Handle inquiries regarding treatment options, insurance coverage, and payment plans.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain organized files and documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Support bilingual patients by providing assistance in their preferred language when necessary.
- Stay informed about Medicare guidelines and assist patients with related queries.
Qualifications

Pay: $24.30 - $25.65 per hour
