Job Description
The Channel Sales Manager is an individual contributor who oversees all GTM (go-to-market) initiatives pertaining to channel sales, which includes Master Agent, Contact-Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS), etc., and is responsible for new business efforts across all verticals that stem from the Master Agent channel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Working alongside relevant sales personnel to navigate deals sourced from Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) channel (deal ownership to be approved by CRO)
Reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively making recommendations to Chief Revenue Officer
Fostering and maintaining relationships with prospective clients and managing a full sales cycle from initial meeting to contract signing
Leveraging sales tools (CRM and other areas of tech stack)
Assisting Client Success and Product teams with new implementations of SaaS platform or other post-sales activities as needed
Collaborating with Marketing and management to improve marketing materials and expand our marketing presence
Strategically negotiating contracts with potential customers to close new business
Qualifications
Our ideal Channel Sales Manager will bring the following qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or another relevant field preferred.
3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment selling in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) or healthcare industries
Experience driving new revenue via channel sales partnerships is strongly preferred
Experience meeting sales quotas and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience creating presentations and delivering business information to coworkers, business leaders, clients, and / or prospective clients in 1-on-1 or group settings
Additional Information
For local candidates, this may be a hybrid position consisting of mostly remote / virtual working with some on-site (Indianapolis north side) activities approximately 1x per week or as needed.
For non-local candidates, this willbe a virtual / remote position with the potential for occasional travel to our Indianapolis office approximately 1-2x per yeardepending on location and the needs of the business.
Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
