You'll support the launch of new collaborations with PCPs and payers, as well as other high priority projects, working across all departments to make sure we're set up for success. WHAT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER?
- Implement Projects
- Drive the launch of new PCP and payer partnerships, including defining the end-to-end implementation experience for Author partners
- Drive implementation and execution of high impact internal projects spanning business operations, clinical operations, and more
- Build detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Act as a contact for internal and external partners during the implementation phase, ensuring they feel supported and informed, and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and to the standard of Author Health
- Partner with clinical operations, product, technology, marketing, finance, compliance, people, and analytics teams to ensure smooth implementation processes.
- Work with business development to understand new contracts and translate them to implementation planning.
- Work with business leaders to understand high impact projects across the company and where operational support is needed
- Troubleshoot challenges and remove roadblocks
- Develop scalable tools, templates, and processes to make implementations more efficient and repeatable.
- Track key metrics to measure success and refine our approach.
- Run post-launch reviews to gather feedback, identify improvements, and celebrate wins.
- Bring creative solutions to the table when resources are tight or challenges arise—we're a startup, after all!
- Stay ahead of industry trends and operational best practices to keep our processes cutting-edge.
- Advocate for what's needed to make implementations successful, whether it's more resources, tech, or changes to how we work.
- We're looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, ready to take charge and make things happen.
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting (behavioral health or primary care experience is a bonus!).
- Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities
- Sharp analytical mind and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to different environments
- Advanced proficiency with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs required
- Strong project management skills—you're a pro with tools like Monday.com, Google Sheets, Jira, and similar
- A natural communicator who can build relationships, manage expectations, and bring people together.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle challenges with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in a startup setting—where you might need to create a process today that didn't exist yesterday.
