AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an In-Patient RN for our weekday position at our hospice facility in Greensboro (Beacon Place). This position is full-time (36 hours) Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8:00am - 8:30pm.
Job Summary:
Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish patient/caregiver care goals, and identify and implement interventions. Work with attending physician to establish and implement medical plan of care for the patient. Establish and maintain therapeutic relationship with patient and caregiver, including providing emotional support and teaching. Work closely with other members of the interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with team members, patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals and community service organizations. Supervise Hospice Aide on shift.
