Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of clients, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our products and services.
- Ongoing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact and coach for clients throughout their membership lifecycle.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell or upsell additional products and services to existing members.
- Communication Management: Handle email and SMS communications with customers promptly and professionally.
- Customer Calls: Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions or alternatives.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements and enhance satisfaction.
