Accounting Assistant

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Pompano Beach area. We’re seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our growing team!

Responsibilities :

Post invoices and customer agreements.
Job costing and data entry.
Accounts Receivable tasks, such as reporting and bad debt recovery.
Payment processing.
Help maintain filing, scanning, and document retention.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required.

A minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting required.

Experience using Excel required.

Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Experience using ServiceTitan CRM a plus!

Some experience with collections greatly preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
