We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute localized marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role bridges the gap between corporate marketing initiatives and local market needs, ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in field marketing, campaign execution, and building partnerships that fuel growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement within assigned regions.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure alignment with overarching brand strategy and goals.
- Implement campaigns that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth of assigned franchise operators.
- Help franchise operators identify and plan sponsorships, events, and partnerships that enhance community presence.
- Analyze local campaign performance and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Measure ROI / ROAS for field marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources.
- Present regular updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Guide franchisee on local marketing budgets for local marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
- Provide input on regional budgeting and forecasting to support overall marketing strategy (if applicable).
