The HVAC Maintenance Technician provides maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Responsibilities :
- Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts / component replacement calls.
- Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
- Debrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
- Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
- Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
- Maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Abiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
- Respecting the customer’s property.
- Participate in ALL company sponsored training classes.
- Assist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.
