What are the responsibilities and job description for the Broker Concierge position at authority?
Ensuring the delight of AB broker partners is vital to our business and the primary responsibility of this role. The Broker Concierge will serve as the ‘face’ of Authority Brands to the broker community as well as the point-of-contact for broker communications, service, and relationships. Territory check responses and management is a key part of the role but so is helping to develop more streamlined and efficient processes with the help of automation.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all broker partners on behalf of Authority Brands.
Drive an increased volume of quality broker prospects by brand to meet annual deal targets, including through cross-brand referrals.
Accountable for maintenance of all broker portals and updating required information as often as needed to maintain integrity. Partners with FDRs and FDMs to ensure all information is current and accurate.
Respond in a timely manner to broker/coach territory checks, client registration requests and log all activities in HubSpot CRM daily for assigned brands.
Work with the Sales & Marketing Ops Specialist to innovate more efficient territory check processes and maintain broker activity dashboards and reporting with Director, Franchise Development and Broker Liaison.
Create and coordinate broker outreach initiatives, such as broker ‘blast’ emails, as needed to drive a high volume of qualified inquiries by brand.
Assist with support of broker events and in creating opportunities to engage with the broker community.
Proactively conducts broker relations calls to help foster productive working relationships.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a high-volume sales environment.
Understanding of franchise business operations, ideally with experience working for a franchisor or broker organization.
Tech-savvy, with strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to multitask and handle time sensitive tasks in an organized manner.
Personable, confident and engaging with a high EQ. Able to build rapport quickly and solve issues in a positive manner.
