We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative who will focus on customer satisfaction while taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, and dispatching service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule their yearly maintenance.
Take inbound calls.
Make every effort to compress call scheduling effectively to maximize productivity and revenue.
Share responsibility to ensure that all Technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time.
Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window.
Reschedule appointment times at client’s convenience as necessary.
Communicate with team members to arrange efficient delivery of parts to Technicians in the field so that they can stay on the job.
Strictly adhere to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule.
Debrief with Technicians upon job completion to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues.
Notify the Operations Manager if a Technician is not performing at maximum acceptable performance standards.
Enter equipment type and age information for systems to keep accurate client data and aide in generating future sales leads.
Obey the Company Code of Ethics, Team Rules and Team Philosophy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Must have good computer software skills.
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Salary : $15 - $17
