We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Owner to join our team and support an industry-leading home care brand! As a key member of the PMO team, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to define, prioritize, and manage the delivery of features that align with business goals and user needs. You will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that our product delivers value while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
Digital Product Management: Execute roadmap for digital platforms, conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking. Ensure alignment of product development with business objectives, strategic vision, market trends, and stakeholder needs to drive long-term value.
Product Backlog Management: Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and deliver high-impact features.
Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Communication & Project Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on product goals, timelines, and priorities.
Customer-Centric Product Development: Gather customer feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Roadmap Contribution: Support the creation and execution of the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and use insights to optimize features and improve user experience. Develop KPIs to track customer engagement, user adoption, and operational impact to continually refine and improve the product.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related role working on digital transformation projects and / or customer-facing feature development in an Agile environment.
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of software development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, understand user behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Tools: Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office 360, or similar platforms.
Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPM/PO) certifications are a plus.
