Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with individuals and businesses to sell the services provided by Lawn Squad. You (ISR) will develop and maintain positive customer relations and company image. You will be required to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals set forth by the Call Center Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties include, but are NOT limited to:
· Field incoming/outgoing phone calls
· Effectively communicating the products and benefits of using Lawn Squad to both new and existing customers
· Manage your daily agenda to meet and/or exceed sales goals
· Respond in a timely manner to email, voicemails, and any inbound calls
· Use of a CRM and Dialer System and other computer programs
Minimum Qualifications (Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills)
· Highly motivated and goal-driven
· Comfortable and has experience with high daily call volume
· Prior experience in lawn care is a plus but not required
· Proficiency with computer and basic computer programs
· Organization and multi-tasking skills are a must

This position does require a substantial amount of sitting in one location in front of a computer screen(s). The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate however, during the production season, it may become excessive at times.
