We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Marketing Manager. The ideal individual is a well-rounded marketing professional who is ready to take on management of content creation and lead generation at a growing software-as-a-service business.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation
Work with Successware leadership to allocate program spend to lead generation channels.
Interface with lead gen channels to run campaigns and programs
Attend tradeshows as appropriate
Monitor and report on lead gen results while staying within overall budget
Refine lead gen program continuously to optimize results
Content creation/management
Act as curator of Successware marketing content
Manage content creation channels (e.g., contract writers)
Contribute directly to content generation as required
Brand advocacy
Act as guardian of Successware branding guidelines by monitoring/enforcing in areas of brand presence
Personal characteristics
Hands-on contributor
Must have strong interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work independently and with teams
Possesses strong oral and written communications skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferable
5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in business-to-business
Knowledge of Marketing systems (e.g., Hubspot, Google AdWords)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
The ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Understanding of the home services industry a plus
